Paul Regalado is a senior product developer and founder with 22 years of experience shipping digital products from zero to production. He is currently building getCOBRA.ai, a multi-model AI platform that routes across Claude, ChatGPT, and Grok under a single subscription, featuring persistent user context, 26 expert AI agents, and a live game economy. Designed, built, and shipped independently.

Before getCOBRA.ai, Paul spent five years as Head of Product and Innovation at Source Protocol, a Cosmos SDK Layer 1 blockchain, where he led product architecture, wrote the whitepaper, built the governance framework, grew a staker community to 11,000, and helped secure a $2M seed round.

He has deep experience across full-stack web development, blockchain infrastructure, AI product design, UX, and brand. He takes on select consulting engagements for early-stage teams in AI and Web3, covering product direction, tokenomics, go-to-market strategy, and technical execution.

Current Project

getCOBRA.ai is a multi-model AI platform built from scratch and shipped independently. It routes user prompts across Claude, ChatGPT, and Grok based on task type, giving every interaction the best available model without requiring the user to think about it. At the core is COBRA-ID, a custom context persistence engine that carries user skills, goals, expertise and session history across all three LLM providers simultaneously. Every conversation builds on the last. The platform gets more useful the longer someone uses it.

Features include: 26 expert AI agents covering health, finance, productivity, creative work, legal, fitness, and more, each powered by custom skill scripts and trigger logic. A live game economy with trading cards, XP streaks, resonance points, and card battles wired to a subscription layer. Image generation, live news search, PDF analysis, PWA support, and multi-session chat history.

Full production stack built on Next.js 15, React 19, TypeScript, Clerk auth, Stripe billing, Upstash Redis, and Sentry monitoring. 167 source files, nearly 1,000 commits, strict TypeScript discipline throughout. Designed, architected, and shipped end to end.
